Is there a free trial? Do I need to add my credit card to start?
Every plan comes with a 15-day free trial (no credit card required) giving you full access to all features before making a decision. Add your payment details to extend your trial to 30 days and enjoy twice the time to experience how much easier selling can be. When your trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime, or your account will simply be paused until you're ready to subscribe.
Which plan is right for me?
If you're selling solo or managing a single pipeline, the Starter plan is a simple, fast way to organize your leads and close deals. It includes all the essential features you need to start selling right away.
The Expert plan is the best fit for most teams. It combines unlimited pipelines and leads follow-ups, quotes and invoices, full customization, and 3,000+ integrations with your favorite tools. Everything you need to grow efficiently and collaborate with ease.
If your company is scaling fast and you need advanced automations, complete control, and premium onboarding options, the Dream plan takes everything even further to power your growth. You'll get advanced permissions, detailed analytics, and full integration capabilities (WhatsApp, VoIP, email). It includes team management features, workflow automations, and deep integrations.You can switch between the Starter, Expert, and Dream plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with billing updated at your next renewal for monthly plans. For yearly plans, the account is charged immediately with a prorated amount. If you're on an annual plan or have special pricing, please contact support before switching. Note that our Starter plan includes a lead limit, if you exceed it, you'll need to reduce your leads before downgrading.

How is pricing calculated? Per month or per year? Per user or per account?
All our plans are priced per user/seat. This way, you only pay for the people who actually need access to noCRM nothing more. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time to match your needs.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans include a discount compared to monthly billing saving you money while keeping your sales organized.
Do you offer special pricing for nonprofits, startups, or education?
We don’t have dedicated discounts for these groups right now. However, our Customer Success team is happy to review your case and let you know if there are any seasonal offers or promotions available for your account.
How many users can I have in my account?
As many as you want. However, if you’re managing a team, only the Dream plan gives you the advanced tools to stay in control.
With Dream, you unlock role and permission management, user-specific time zone settings, lead assignment, team goal tracking, performance reports, and advanced security features like export restrictions, session management, and sensitive action logs.
What happens if I add or remove users in the middle of my billing cycle?
When you add new users, they’re billed on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the current billing period. If you remove users, their licenses remain active and available until the end of that period. If a license isn’t reassigned by then, it will be automatically removed, and you won’t be charged for it in the next cycle.
Can I have 2 users in one plan and 1 in another?
No. All users in the same account must be on the same plan. However, you can set different roles and permissions to control what each teammate can access and do inside noCRM.
What if I decide to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you’ll always have access to export your data before closing your account. For security reasons, data from closed accounts is retained for up to 6 months.
